Meet the studio
Loader Monteith has grown and we thought it high time to introduce our talented studio.
Firstly, we are very proud to share that Conservation Specialist and long-time Loader Monteith member, Iain King, has been made a Director. Our friends and clients will recognise Iain’s meticulous approach, notably towards the award-winning restoration of High Sunderland, and on current projects including The Jenners Building in Edinburgh. Iain is a central member of the team, and has been for a long time, making this elevation a natural step in the practice’s progression.
We are also joined by two new members, architect Catriona Macdonald and architectural assistant,
