Planning submission

We have recently submitted a planning application for a new family home in Perthshire, Scotland.

The project involves the restoration of an existing steading supported by the construction of a new 5 bed family home, forming a courtyard between the old and new.

Situated upon a reclaimed stone plinth, the house echos the roofline of the existing steadings in order to preserve the character of the site and the views to the landscape beyond.

The site has been unused for some decades , so we look forward to bringing life back to the steading and wider area.
