Gable House
Perthshire, Scotland

The Project

A new build family home in rural Perthsire. Designed to respond to both topographical and environmental characteristics of the site, the form references the pedimented gable of the historic ruin retained on site. The living spaces are open and orientated to maximise the long views over the rural setting. The landscape proposals reuse masonry from a former sheep wash located on site, whilst the house will use timber throughout and be designed to Passivhaus standards.
